  • PSA Stands for Pre Construction Service Agreement - There is typically quite a bit of pre-construction homework to do before a remodeling job is ready to begin. The PSA allows us stay on budget & schedule.

    The PSA allows us to hone in on a defined scope and guaranteed project price. Each client that signs a PSA will go through these steps before construction even begins:

    As you can see, there is a fair amount of work to do before any remodeling project is truly "ready" for construction. This pre-construction homework is included in our final construction contracts. We're "demo ready" after the PSA is complete.

  • We have incorporated technology into our process that enables communication between our team and our clients to be in constant communication. We are able to keep daily logs, instant messaging, project schedule, change orders, and accounting all in one place.

  • A change order is a written amendment to an existing contract after the effective date that alters the work, the contract sum, or the contract schedule. While contracts are intended to be the final word for projects, sometimes things need to change. If we discover new needs during the construction after demolition has started we’ll issue a change order. This is why preconstruction is so important to ensure everything has been accounted for.
